attentive service complimentary refreshments
the service was excellent from arrival to departure. i specifically appreciated the attentive service at the restaurants and around the pool, where complimentary refreshments were often served.
i experienced a slight delay when trying to reach someone at the telephone switchboard.

decent stay , but issues persist
slow reception bird issue
the reception was quite slow , and i had to wait longer than expected during check-in. it felt understaffed. also , the pool area had too many birds , seagulls specifically. they were constantly around.
